Race Team program at the BYC

Beaconsfield Yacht Club Race Program combines CANsail 5+6 training program with a race team program that will participate in local and out of town regattas. The Club will supply the boats, truck and trailer in order for the Team to travel, participate and learn racing skills and advanced boat handling techniques. This is an intensive sailing program designed to teach advanced theory, racing rules, tactics, spinnaker and trapeze. The Race Team Coach will be on the water training both at BYC and at regattas offering on the water feedback. As this is a real Team program and given that the skills being learned are very demanding it is strongly recommended that students plan on signing up for both 4 week sessions.
